We are going to have an assembly line style to keep the flow of traffic going and not disrupt the area. They will first arrive to the pay station, then the water station, then the wash and soap station, then the rinse and dry station. 

We're hopeful to use Harkness courts but Chief Glover also said around Gate C there was a faucet.
