Lowkey "stressed"

This event will teach others how to de-stress in the age of virtual learning. We will be discussing daily stressors as well as how we can cope with those stressors. The coping methods that will be discussed include yoga, words of affirmation and meditation. We will have someone instruct yoga exercises that everyone can follow.
