To provide students a low-pressure, welcoming space to decompress, reflect on their college experience, and connect with peers in a relaxed setting. Focusing  on self-care and balancing school and real life led by Dr. Vanessa Goodar, to speak about ways to decompress and how to deal with stress using journals or sticky notes to write thoughts about the semester: successes, challenges, or personal growth.
