PURPOSE

The “Strong Girls, Strong Minds” workshop is designed to empower young girls through physical fitness, mental wellness education, and confidence-building activities. This event aims to foster an all-inclusive sense of strength, both physical and mental so that participants can leave feeling inspired, informed, and resilient.

 

OBJECTIVE

• Promote positive body image and self-esteem.

• Encourage regular physical activity as a form of self-care.

• Provide tools to manage stress, anxiety, and peer pressure.

• Build a safe, supportive community of peers and mentors.

 

TARGET AUDIENCE

• All females at Hampton University

• Open to students of all fitness levels and cultural backgrounds

• Particularly focused on first-year students, student leaders, and those navigating academic

stress, body image issues, or social

transitions.
