The Freedom, Recovery, Empowerment, Safety, and Healing (F.R.E.S.H.) Perspectives support group is for survivors of sexual trauma that are currently learning to cope with lingering feelings. Survivors will have a non-judgmental, sensitive, and caring environment to share, while exploring various topics related to sexual abuse, assault, or molestation. It is the goal that after completing the F.R.E.S.H. Perspectives 10-week group that each student leaves the group with a newfound sense of freedom, recovery, empowerment, safety, and healing.
